Luann de Lesseps Will Leave Rehab After 3 Weeks for Cabaret Dates Before Outpatient Treatment

Luann de Lessepsstay in rehab won’t be affecting her upcoming Countess and Friends cabaret dates.

The Real Housewives of New York City star announced on Saturday that she would be returning from the alcohol treatment facility after three weeks to take the stage for her acclaimed show next month.

“Thank you so much for all of your support,” de Lesseps, 53, wrote on Instagram, captioning a video of the cabaret. “I wanted you to know I’m doing great and I hope you’ll come and see me. … Looking forward to being back on stage!!!”

De Lesseps is scheduled to take the stage at The Paramount in Long Island, New York, on Aug. 4 and then again at the Music Box Theater at The Borgata in Atlantic City, New Jersey, on Aug. 24.

After her cabaret, “she will continue her out-patient treatment” before returning to film the next season of the Bravo series, a source close to the star tells PEOPLE.

Says the insider: “Luann feels a lot better. Bravo has been so supportive.”

PEOPLE broke the news exclusively on July 16 that she had returned to rehab for a second time, with costar Bethenny Frankel calling the decision “brave and honest.”

In turn, she missed the taping of the RHONY season 10 reunion.

“This weekend, Luann was surrounded by her girlfriends and decided — with their support — that in light of recent circumstances, it is the healthiest choice for her not to attend Tuesday’s reunion taping so that she can continue in her healing process,” said Frankel, whom de Lesseps authorized to speak on her behalf. “Luann is now surrounded by a core group of people who truly have her best interests at heart and who are working to make sure she gets the help she needs.”

Added the network in a statement: “Bravo supports Luann’s decision to focus on her health. She is part of the Bravo family and we continue to stand by her as she copes with this challenging situation. At this time, we hope everyone will respect her privacy.”

It’s been a tough year for de Lesseps.

The Countess was arrested in the early morning hours of Dec. 24 and released on her own recognizance that same day after allegedly attacking a police officer in Palm Beach, Florida. She recently struck a plea deal in the case, and will avoid jail time.

After her arrest, de Lesseps — who had gotten married to ex-husband Tom D’Agostino in Palm Beach on the previous New Year’s Eve before their divorce seven months later — released a statement, saying, “This was my first time in Palm Beach since my wedding, and being here brought up long-buried emotions. I want to offer my sincere apologies to anyone I might have offended with my behavior. I am committed to a transformative and hopeful 2018.”

Prior to her return to rehab, news broke that her first husband, Alexandre de Lesseps, her daughter, Victoria de Lesseps, and son, Noel de Lessepsfiled a lawsuit against her over an $ 8 million house sale. According to court documents obtained by The Blast, she breached a stipulation of settlement in her divorce by failing to create a trust “for the benefit of her two children.”

The source close to mother of two said that lawsuit was a driving factor in her heading to rehab.

“Due to the trauma of being sued by her kids and ex husband, Luann decided to set the reset button and check herself into rehab,” the insider said. “She read about it in the press which was devastating and after that, needed to work on herself and digest everything and be self-reflective.”

“The lawyers are speaking on both sides and Luann is hoping for a speedy resolution because she loves her children very much,” the source added.

The Real Housewives of New York City airs Wednesdays (9 p.m. ET) on Bravo.

Fashion Deals Update:

New York Men’s Dates to Move to June in 2019

Don’t get too attached to the July dates for New York Fashion Week: Men’s — they’re changing.
Starting next year, the Council of Fashion Designers of America will shift the dates for the spring men’s shows to the first week in June. This will not only coincide with the fledgling New York women’s resort season, but will also allow American designers to show before their European counterparts.
London has historically kicked off the spring season with shows that start this year on Saturday. That’s followed by Pitti Uomo in Florence, Milan and Paris. For six seasons, NYFW: Men’s has brought up the rear with shows in mid-July.
But a successful mega, 10-day, dual-gender fashion week this past February has prompted the shift starting in 2019.
“The July timing is problematic for a lot of brands,” said Mark Beckham, vice president of marketing for the Council of Fashion Designers of America. “So this will be the last NYFW: Men’s in July.”
In February, he said, the men’s shows will once again be timed to run on the Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday before the women’s calendar starts on Thursday. ”It worked really well,” he said. But the spring shows will now start before London.
“The designers are really

Netflix Just Announced The Premiere Dates For All Your Faves

See What's Next for Netflix in 2016

Mark your calendars.

Posted by Netflix on Sunday, January 17, 2016

All is right in the world of Netflix.

On Sunday, the streaming service announced the premiere dates for 11 original series including ”Orange is the New Black,” “Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt” and “Grace and Frankie.” Oh, how we’ve missed you.

Joining Netflix’s esteemed ranks are Ashton Kutcher’s “The Ranch,” Baz Luhrmann’s “The Get Down” and Winona Ryder’s “Stranger Things.”

Check out the premiere dates, trailers and descriptions of the new series below.

March 11

“Flaked” brings “Arrested Development” favorite Will Arnett back to Netflix. The eight-episode comedy follows Arnett’s character Chip, ”a celebrated long-time resident of the insular world of Venice, California, who falls for the object of his best friend’s fascination. Soon the tangled web of half-truths and semi-bullshit that underpins his all-important image and sobriety begins to unravel.”

April 1

“The Ranch” is staging a “That ’70s Show” reunion with Ashton Kutcher and Danny Masterson this spring. In the 10-episode multi-camera comedy, Kutcher stars as a failed former football player who returns home to Colorado to run a ranch with his brother, “Rooster” (Masterson). The series also stars Sam Elliott and Debra Winger.

“Lost & Found Music Studios” is a live-action series following the musical careers of young artists trying to break into the music industry. Each episode will track the ups and downs of a group of tweens and teens as they find their voice at a famous music studio. (Is this a reality show? Or like Netflix Idol? We’re confused, and have asked Netflix to clarify.)

April 15

“Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt” returns for a second season (Chica Hamburguesa is back!)

“Kong: King of the Apes” is an updated take on the classic King Kong story. The animated series picks up with the famous ape in 2050. According to the description, a villain with a pack of “gigantic robotic dinosaurs” at his or her disposal frames Kong, setting up an international manhunt for the world’s No. 1 fugitive. Kong gets some help from three human friends along the way.

May 5

“Marseille” is a political drama starring famed French actor Gérard Depardieu about the power struggle in the port city of Marseille, France. The synopsis reads: “As the municipal elections approach in Marseille, Robert Taro (Depardieu), the city’s Mayor for the last twenty years, prepares his last coup … Nothing has been left to chance, and his successor, Lucas Barrès, is already designated. But the latter’s all-consuming ambition and the secret interests of the city’s leaders, whether they come from its opulent villas or from the cities of the northern suburbs, impede the Mayor’s plans.”

May 6

“Grace and Frankie” is back for a second season with Jane Fonda, Lily Tomlin, Martin Sheen and Sam Waterston.

June 3

“Word Party” is a vocabulary-building show for youngsters from The Jim Henson Company. Four state-of-the-art baby animal puppets will sing, dance and play, all in the name of education.

June 17

It’s time to return to Litchfield for “Orange is the New Black” Season 4.

July 15

“Stranger Things” is a supernatural drama about the disappearance of a young boy that captivates a small Indiana town. The eight-episode series promises “secret experiments, terrifying supernatural forces, and one very strange little girl” in the hunt for the missing child. Winona Ryder stars.

Aug. 12

Baz Luhrmann brings his unique talents to Netflix with part one of ”The Get Down,” a “music-driven drama” that follows a group of ragtag teenagers in 1970s New York. The series is billed as a ”mythic saga of how New York at the brink of bankruptcy gave birth to hip-hop, punk and disco — told through the lives and music of the South Bronx kids who changed the city, and the world…forever.”

So Your Date’s An Alien? Just Be Yourself

Topics not to talk about on a date: the police, evictions and cocaine. But what if your date turns out to be an alien?

Hey, maybe that’s what it takes to get you to open up and connect on a hilariously human level.

Comedian Charles Gould, who wrote and starred in the sketch above, told The Huffington Post the clip was inspired by a real-life situation. (That’s not to say he actually swiped right on an extraterrestrial.)

“After multiple dating and social failures I made this list of topics not to discuss on a first date,” he said. “It made me realize that maybe we are stressing ourselves out too much about everything, especially dating, and what would it take for us all to chill.”

In this case, it would take your date being an alien with long eyelashes and telepathic powers. Who says romance is dead?
