Carrie Underwood Shares Close-Up Video of Face as She Jokes About Husband’s ‘Annoying’ Behavior

Carrie Underwood didn’t shy away from the cameras as she shared a video playfully documenting her husband’s “annoying” behavior on Saturday.

While driving in the car with her husband Mike Fisher, Underwood took a close-up video of her face — which is still healing from a scary accident in November that left her needing over 40 stitches — on her Instagram Story.

In the video, the 35-year-old singer looked directly at the camera and softly said, “Help me,” while her husband appeared to be making a squeaking noise over and over into his hands while driving.

“Must we? So annoying,” she wrote alongside the video.

Opening up about her frightening fall for the first time last week, the American Idol winner revealed her accident happened when she was taking her dogs out for a quick walk.

“I was taking the dogs out to go pee one last time, and I just — I tripped,” she said on iHeartRadio’s The Bobby Bones Show. “There was one step, and I didn’t let go of the leashes! Priorities! So that’s why my left hand’s fine. But I went to catch myself and I just missed a step.”

“If I had fallen anywhere else, I would have been perfectly fine. But it was one step that messed everything up,” she added.

The country star previously showed off her scars, which are located around her upper lip and chin, while supporting Fisher and his hockey team, the Nashville Predators, on April 21.

“Ready to cheer on the boys tonight! Especially that #12! I hear he’s alright! 😘 @mfisher1212 @predsnhl#LetsGoPreds,” Underwood captioned the snap.

A source close to Underwood previously told PEOPLE the singer — whose sixth studio album Cry Pretty drops Sept. 14 — looks “gorgeous in person.”

You honestly couldn’t see any scarring even up close,” said the source. “She had extensive reconstruction done around her mouth area and lips, but the doctors did a really great job obviously.”

Melania Trump Will Attend Her Husband’s First State of the Union Address After Canceled Davos Trip

Melania Trump will be on hand to support her husband during his first State of the Union address on Tuesday evening.

During Monday’s briefing, White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders confirmed the first lady’s attendance and added that all of the president’s children would also be there, with the exception of his 11-year-old son, Barron.

The news comes after the first lady abruptly canceled a planned trip to Davos, Switzerland, with President Trump last week amid allegations that he had an affair with porn star Stormy Daniels. (Trump has denied the claims through his lawyer Michael Cohen.) The change of plans — and the fact that the first lady reportedly traveled to West Palm Beach, Florida, instead, according to CNN  — stirred speculation about a possible rift between the first couple.

At the State of the Union, the first lady will be seated in a box with her and the president’s special guests, who were announced by the White House on Monday and include retired Marine Cpl. Matthew Bradford, who was blinded and lost his legs while deployed in Iraq; Celestino “CJ” Martinez, an Air Force veteran and Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agent who, the White House says, is responsible for the arrests of more than 100 MS-13 gang members; and Ryan Holets, a police officer from Albuquerque, New Mexico, who was shot on duty; among several others.

“All of them represent the unbreakable American spirit and will inspire our country,” Sanders told reporters at Monday’s briefing.

Widow Touches Her Deceased Husband’s Face Again After It Was Donated for a Transplant

A widow was able to run her fingers across her deceased husband’s face again after it was donated to a man who survived a suicide attempt.

Andy Sandness survived a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the face in Christmas 2006 that left him disfigured and without a nose and jaw. When he returned home after his recovery—wearing prosthetics that would often fall from his face—he distanced himself from social situations and lied to people when they asked what had happened. Things would start to change in 2012, when he joined a face transplant program at the Mayo Clinic that matched him with a donor in 2016. After going through a 56-hour-long surgery, Sandness had a new face, which he received from Calen Ross, who committed suicide that year.

Sandness was finally able to meet with Calen’s widow, Lilly Ross, at the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota on November 3. The meeting gave Lilly the first opportunity to see and touch her husband’s face since his death.

“Meeting Andy, it has finally giving me closure,” Lilly told the AP.

Calen committed suicide when Lilly was pregnant with their son in 2016. After his passing, Lilly decided to donate his organs to people in need. When doctors reviewed the face to see how well it would match with Sandness, they said the men’s ages, blood type, skin color and facial structure were so near-perfect that they could have been cousins.

Lilly brought along her 17-month-old son, Lenoard, to the emotional meeting so he could see how his father was able to help a stranger, she said. On the day of meeting, Lenoard was apprehensive to approach Sandness, but after some time had passed, he walked over to him and waved to Sandness to pick him up.

Sandness takes anti-rejection medication every day, and he is continually retraining his nerves to work together with his new face. He says the alphabet to himself while driving to improve his speech, and gives himself massages whenever he can. The transplant has worked wonders for his self-confidence, and Sandness said he is no longer hiding from the world.

“Now I’m just really spreading my wings and doing the things I missed out on—going to restaurants and eating, going dancing,” Sandness, 32, said.

Plastic surgeon Dr. Samir Mardini, who conducted the operation, said he, too, sees a positive change since the surgery.

“It turns out Andy is not as much of an introvert as we thought,” Mardini said. “He’s enjoying these times, where he’s missed out on 10 years of his life.”

If you or someone you know is showing warning signs of suicide, contact the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 800-273-TALK, text the Crisis Text Lineat 741741 or seek help from a professional.

Carrie Underwood Is Officially the Biggest Nashville Predators Fan: All the Ways She’s Supported Her Husband’s Team So Far

The Nashville Predators are hanging on to their Stanley Cup hopes tonight, facing off against the Pittsburgh Penguins in game six in Music City at 8 p.m. ET.

One person who will most certainly be there, Instagramming the whole thing? Carrie Underwood. The country star — whose husband Mike Fisher is the team captain — has been very vocally supporting her team ever since the guys started their playoff run on April 13. Here, a look back at her best moments in navy and gold.

For game 1 of the western conference first round, Underwood showed her mani/pedi pride

Days later, it was all about the hat

And she Instagrammed all the craziness from inside the Bridgestone Arena during game 3

By their May 3 game against the St. Louis Blues, the Preds were “on fire,” she wrote

She kept her tee on for a May 7 performance with Luke Bryan, too

Her son Isaiah, 2, joined in the fun for the Preds’ May 7 win against the Blues

Good luck? On May 16, her song “The Fighter” was played during a game against the Anaheim Ducks

Another game, another great hat

Similarly another game, another great mani

The super-supportive wife was “Ready” for the Preds’ May 22 game against the Ducks, which her team won, sending Nashville to the Stanley Cup Final for the first time ever

It helps to have support!

And she was elated to watch the guys accept the Clarence S. Campbell Bowl

When traveling, Underwood is sure to bring one essential: that ‘Smash’ hat

Her destination: Pittsburgh, for game one of the Stanley Cup Final

Her June 3 regram had pretty much the sweetest caption ever: “I love this man more than words can express. I am beyond proud of him…he is an amazing man of God. He loves his family, his friends and his job. He deserves nothing but he best in this world, because he gives nothing but his best to it! I am amazed every single day at the kind of human he is! I love you, baby! #ProudWife #Blessed #MikeFisher #GoPreds #StanleyCup”

She got that roar down

Back in Nashville on June 4, Carrie & co. were pumped for the Preds win

An important milestone amid the craziness of the Cup: Fisher’s 37th birthday! Underwood marked the June 5 occasion with another sweet Insta post, writing, “Happy birthday to this handsome hunk! I’ll never forget the day he told me he was asked to wear the “C.” I was so proud on that day and I’m even more proud now to see him play in the #StanleyCupFinals He’s definitely the only FISH in the “C” for me!”

Yes, it was just days before the CMT Music Awards, but she was happy to be out celebrating

With her sisters-in-law and mother-in-law at the last game in Nashville

We can’t wait to see how crazy Carrie goes tonight! Catch the game on NBC.

Carrie Underwood Surprises Fans With National Anthem At Husband’s Game

On top of being a country superstar and an adoring mother, Carrie Underwood is one seriously supportive wife.

On Monday, Underwood ― who’s married to Nashville Predators captain Mike Fisher ― surprised hockey fans with a beautiful rendition of the national anthem before game three of the NHL playoffs when Fisher’s team played the Chicago Blackhawks at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville.

For the powerhouse performance (watch a video above), the seven-time Grammy winner sported her husband’s No. 12 jersey and painted her nails to match the team’s blue and gold colors.

Underwood may have been a good luck charm for Fisher because the Predators won the game 3 to 2.

The couple tied the knot in July 2010 and welcomed a baby boy named Isaiah in February 2015.

“Time sure does fly when you’re having fun and you marry up,” Fisher wrote to his wife in an anniversary Instagram post in July 2016. “I’m very grateful to have an amazing wife and mother by my side!”

Underwood shared a similar sentiment, writing, “Six years ago today, I said ‘I do,’ to this handsome fella. I meant it then and I mean it now. God put us together and continues to bless our marriage. I couldn’t imagine this life without you.”

Below, more photos of the sweet couple.

Husband’s Illustrations For Wife Celebrate The Romance In Everyday Life

Since 2010, artist Andrew Hou has been documenting life with his wife Kate in a series of adorable and relatable illustrations.

“Even though we just passed our sixth wedding anniversary in March, surprisingly, both of us still feel like we’re in the dating phase,” the illustrator told The Huffington Post.

Hou named the series “HJ-Story” after the initials of his wife’s Korean name. It started as a personal blog, but over the past seven years, his work has gained a large following with nearly 500,000 fans on Facebook

In December, the couple ― who lives in Seoul, South Korea ― welcomed their first child, who they named Chase.

Fatherhood is definitely keeping him busy, but Hou says he plans to keep the series going for years to come.

“HJ-Story is a personal project that I plan on doing for the rest of my life,” he told HuffPost. “It’s my way of creating a journal to document different stages of my life and to look back on when I get old. There’s usually a little story behind each image that I feel documents my thoughts better than a photo.”

Below, check out more of Hou’s warm-and-fuzzy illustrations. To see even more of his work, follow him on Facebook and Instagram, or purchase his book on his website.

‘#ForeverLove’: Iman Shares Loving Tribute to David Bowie on Her Late Husband’s Birthday

Nearly one year after her husband’s death, Iman is celebrating what would have been her husband’s 70th birthday.

On Sunday, the former supermodel took to Instagram to share a drawing of a young David Bowie in honor of his birthday on Jan. 8.

“Jan 8th #ForeverLove #BowieForever,” Iman, 61, captioned the photo.

In the days leading up to the one year anniversary of Bowie’s death and birthday, Iman shared tributes to her late husband. On Jan. 10, 2016, the music legend died after battling liver cancer.

Last September, Iman opened up publicly for the first time when she attended New York Fashion Week wearing a necklace with the name “David” on it.

“It’s just been a tough year, but I’m holding up,” she said, adding that she would wear the necklace “until my death.”

The model and the rocker married in Tuscany after two years together. In 2000, they welcomed their daughter, Alexandria “Lexi” Zahra Jones.

His widow and Lexi have remained largely out of the public eye since his death. In February, Iman was photographed for the first time since the the news of the music icon’s death broke when she stepped out in New York City to walk the dog they raised together; then, just days later, she took to social media to express her “love & gratitude” for the outpouring of support she received.

In April, just three months after losing her husband, Iman announced on Instagram her mother, Maryan Baadi, had also died.

Why Are Husbands Generally So Unromantic

He comes from the office, and has not brought flowers or any small gift for her. She smiles quite genuinely and gets a half-hearted and fake smile in return. Once he is settled, instead of spending time with his wife, he sits in front of the TV and starts switching channels. He seems so engrossed in TV that his wife has to call him several times to even evoke a mundane response like “hmmm.” After managing to evoke a response, she tries to stir up a conversation and fails. She asks a question, she has asked a million times before: “Do you love me?” The answer is a bland and needless to say hardly convincing “Of course, I love you.” She smiles, knowing that the answer is nothing but a rehearsed automated response.

The above behavior strikes a chord with many wives around the world as this is how men generally behave. Wives commonly complain and with justification that even if their spouses are otherwise responsible, they take them for granted and do not show desired romantic interest in them. They are hardly expressive and prefer the company of their friends or sit in front of TV sets rather than being intimate with their wives.

I have asked several of my friends and their wives and generally with minor differences the story is the same. While some of the wives do acknowledge that their husbands are nice and are otherwise responsible, the emotional and romantic attention is often lacking. Some of them complained and that too in front of their husbands that their spouses are often ogling at other women in their presence!

Let me frankly acknowledge that wives are correct to blame husbands here.

But what are the causes for this male behavior? Why husbands including me behave like this? And let’s not forget this behaviour is common across cultures.

I will not try to justify my own behavior or for that matter general male behaviour towards their spouses. I will merely try to introspect why we are like that. Explaining reasons is not justification.

It has to be understood that men and women though equal are different in many critical aspects. I am not trying to stereotype here or over generalize but the fact is that due to environmental factors ( or the way we are brought up by the society) and evolution, men and women have developed different mating and sexual patterns. Men are generally much more prone to pursue multiple women. In fact across most of the animal kingdom males are like that. On the other hand, females are generally more selective.

This explains as to why even the male fantasy is seldom about one single woman but rather multiple women. The typical male hero ( or a stud) is a guy who is a player. Male cinematic role models like James Bond are also not “committed” men but Casanovas. On the other hand female fantasy mostly revolves around one person.

On the other hand marriage by it its very nature demands commitment. And there is a reason for that. Marriage in an outcome of collective realization of the society that human off spring would need the father for a prolonged period of time. Thus primarily the marriage has arisen to ensure the security and proper upbringing of the young. In order to ensure that male shows SOME responsibility on a consistent basis, marriage has to assume the form of a proper legal contract.

What I am trying to say is that marriage despite being an extremely important institution is not exactly in tune with the nature of men and consequently tensions are bound to occur. Here I am not referring to tensions arising from the couple’s personal incompatibilities or due to society’s pressures but on tensions which arise due to pressures emanating from the very nature of marriage itself.

And in modern times, marriage in most of the cultures is devoid of polygamy. It is expected that men will stay faithful to one wife. Therefore for men, marriage is literally a lid, albeit temporary, on their natural tendency of polygamy.

Consequently the majority of us though initially excited when getting married, rapidly lose interest and continuously start dreaming about other women. This is a fact which we husbands do not admit in front of our wives. We are thinking about other women even in apparently intimate times and are perfectly capable of harbouring sexual and romantic desires for other women while being in love with our wives.

Then what do we mean when we insist that we love our wives? Actually we continue to love our spouses but the only thing is that its manifestation becomes different. Gradually a wife becomes a person we care and provide for rather than the one we consistently and passionately desire romantically and sexually. The love for the spouse continues to exist but is expressed more through care and support rather than romance.

This also explains as to why we are far more prone to infidelity. The bolder and more lascivious amongst us go one step ahead and start pursuing extra marital affairs while still providing and caring for their wives.

In our daily lives, we continue to witness that despite apparently happy marriage, a husband is found out to be having an affair. In fact, compared to women, the percentage of men cheating despite apparently normal marriage is far greater thus lending credibility to the famous saying: For an extramarital affair a woman needs a reason and a man just a woman!

On the other hand women being biologically more selective about their mate have a settling down attitude once that mate has been selected in the form of a husband. Marriage in many ways signals that real “finality” for her. Most of the women really try to make marriage work in every sense of the way.

There is thus a huge difference between men and women in their attitudes which in turn have been shaped by their respective evolutionary development, specific roles and expectations. These differences come alive with full pronunciation in marriage which actually amplifies them

Due to this difference in outlooks and nature, it actually requires greater effort from men.

They have to constantly program themselves and be more attentive towards their wives. But unfortunately majority of us do not even try. In fact it is the wives who are often making the effort. The complaints of women are perfectly justified.

Men have to invest more in marriage rather than simply going by their “natural” instincts. Only by investing more and giving their spouses the deserved attention and respect, can a marriage actually work.

10 Things Husbands Can Do Better In 2017, According To Ex-Husbands

If experience is the greatest teacher, there is no one better to suited to offer advice to men on staying married than guys who’ve experienced divorce.

We asked divorced men to share the one resolution they think married guys should make in 2017. See what they had to say below.

1. Don’t shy away from confrontation.

“I don’t mean Martha and George in ‘Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf’-level fighting but a good fight is sometimes good for the soul. My ex-wife and I never fought and you would think that was a good thing, but it’s not. You are two people, living together, day-in-and-day-out; at some point, annoying things your spouse does will get to you. But a good fight clears the air, blows the cobwebs out of the relationship and gives you a clean start. By the time my ex and I did fight, there were so many unresolved conflicts, we never had a chance of lasting. You will lose every fight that you don’t have.” ― Al DeLuise, blogger at Conflict and Scotch

2. But always seek to be the peacemaker.

“Arguing when you’re married happens as frequently as a fart joke in an Adam Sandler movie. The important thing to remember in the midst of fights with your spouse is that there are times when appeasement beats arrogance. If you love the person you’re with, the best gift you can give them is to let them win because odds are, you’re not as right as you think you are.” ― Craig Tomashoff, writer/producer and author of The Can’t-idates: Running For President When Nobody Knows Your Name

3. Try to do more of what makes your spouse happy.

“Ask your spouse: ‘What are the things I do that make you feel happiest in our marriage?’ Whatever she says, do that. If she hesitates, looks uncomfortable or doesn’t answer, you have an important follow-up question: ‘What are the things I do that make you feel bad?’ She might have a laundry list. You might feel defensive and want to say ‘Yeah, but…!’ to each thing. Your feelings might be hurt even if you pretend otherwise. You might disagree with her assessments. You might think she’s wrong, illogical or unfair. Doesn’t matter. Whatever she says, believe she’s telling you the truth. Then work with her each day so that none of those things will be said in the year to come.” ― Matthew Fray, blogger at Must Be This Tall To Ride

4. Express your appreciation for your spouse.

“Show your appreciation for your spouse ― for big things and small things. If she cooks supper,  say ‘thank you.’ When she does something for your children, let her know you appreciate what she does. Don’t wait for her to show appreciation to you before showing her some appreciation.” ― Elliott Katz, author of Being the Strong Man A Woman Wants: Timeless Wisdom On Being A Man

5. Keep the farts in check, please.

“Accidents happen. But for the love of all things sexy, do not expel gas out of any part of your body anywhere near your spouse.” ― Bill Flanigin, writer and teacher

6. Recognize how important the little things are.

“Remember that notes, flowers, cards or getting her favorite candy never get old. It’s a reminder that she still matters to you. It doesn’t always have to be planned dates, gifts or vacations. The smallest things make the biggest impact. So often men forget to continue to chase the women we love once we’re in the relationship. It’s the good morning texts, the kisses on the forehead and the walks in the park that keep her coming back for more. Keep that flame burning as long as you can and always put her at the forefront of your life.” ― Anthony D’Ambrosio, writer

7. Participate in her hobbies.

“Humans usually couple up with someone they feel shares a lot of common interests. Then, once you’re married, the reverse starts happening. It’s easy to start focusing on the ways you’re different instead, which is the path toward a life alone in your furnished studio apartment. If you accepted her love of antiquing or Bridget Jones movies when you were single, it’s important to not just tolerate but also participate in what she’s interested in. Find a way to enjoy what she enjoys.” ― Craig Tomashoff

8. Compliment your S.O. more often.

“Tell your wife you like her new outfit or the delicious dinner she made without her having to fish for a compliment. Every day there is something you can say to her to make her feel special. Remember, if you don’t, someone else might.” ― Bill Flanigan

9. Be smart about how you spend your money.

“Financial stress can bring out or worsen problems in a marriage.” ― Elliott Katz

10. Validate whatever your spouse is feeling about the state of your marriage.

“What your wife believes and feels about your marriage is true and real and important. And you having different beliefs and feelings has no bearing on hers. Her beliefs and feelings will be real whether or not you agree with her. Resolve to understand your wife’s beliefs about you and your marriage in 2017 and change the ones that matter. Do good things.” ― Matthew Fray

Dominant Wives Society and Their Cuckold Husbands Volume 5

I once saw a video of a cuckoldress preparing for her date. Her husband was wearing a chastity device, which seems to have become popular with the more dominant wives in a cuckold marriage these days. The cuckoldress makes her husband prepare her bath and she has him bathe her. While he is bathing her, she is talking about how she is going to have fun with her lover that night. Her cuckold husband gets excited, but can’t get an erection because of the device she has locked on him. The physical and mental torture was very exciting to him and he was getting aroused by the minute as she continued to talk about all the things she and her lover were going to do to each other. She went body part by part telling him how hard she was going to play. As her cuckold husband shaves her legs and then her toy box area, she talks about how smooth her toy box is and that she loves the fact that her husband is preparing her toy box for her lover to enjoy. She taunts her husband about him not being able to enjoy and savor her freshly cleaned toy box, that he will only be able to enjoy it after her lover has used her well. Once her cuckold husband dries her off, he lotions up her body, lightly sprays her with expensive perfume that she only bought to wear for her lover. He then, piece by piece, dresses his wife. First her panties, then her bra, then her stockings and garter. He then helps her with her make-up and adds her lipstick. Next he puts on her sexy dress that she had specially picked out for her lover that night. The husband zips her up and adds her jewelry; necklace, earrings and a bracelet. Last, he puts on her shoes as she sits at the foot of their bed. He latches her strap on high heels. She then stands up, looks herself over in the mirror and approves of how sexy she looks for her lover. Her cuckold husband agrees of how beautiful she is. She then walks out the front door, then turns and tells him not to wait up for her, but in all reality, that is exactly

During the final season of “The Oprah Winfrey Show,” Oprah and her team took the show — and one very lucky studio audience — to Australia for the adventure of a lifetime. There was an unprecedented look inside sacred caves, an encounter with some frisky koalas, Hugh Jackman on a zip line… and one particularly unforgettable Aussie couple.

Kristian and Rachel Anderson were college sweethearts living in a suburb of Sydney with their two young boys, Cody and Jakob. Not long before “The Oprah Show” arrived in Australia, Kristian had been diagnosed with liver and bowel cancer, and was literally in the fight of his life. Touched by the couple’s story (which gained attention after Kristian posted a loving video tribute to his wife on YouTube), Oprah had them join her for an episode at the Sydney Opera House and gave them a special surprise.

“We wanted them to spend every ounce of their energy being together and focused on getting well,” Oprah told the Opera House audience, before turning toward the couple. “You shouldn’t worry about the bills… because you will be getting a check for a quarter of a million dollars.”

Sadly, a year after that show, Kristian lost his battle with cancer at age 36. Now, almost three years after his death, Rachel tells “Oprah: Where Are They Now?” how she and their sons have been coping.

“Since we were on ‘The Oprah Show,’ life is… it’s pretty much turned upside down for us,” Rachel says. “In sad ways and good ways.”

With the $ 250,000 gift, the Andersons felt a great sense of relief and gratitude to be able to spend some incredible quality time together. “We booked a Disney cruise, and went to Disney World and Disney Land,” Rachel says, smiling. “[We] had the most magical time as a family.”

The Andersons made the most of their time together, and after Kristian passed, Rachel was devastated. “It was like living in a black hole,” she says quietly. “I remember waking up the first morning after he died. I remember lying there and seeing his wardrobe open and his clothes all there. Just realizing that was it. That was all that we had left. He was gone.”

In the midst of her grief, Rachel focused on her children, though she often struggled when either of her boys reached a childhood milestone. “About two weeks after [Kristian] died, Cody lost his first tooth and I just remember being devastated that Kristian had missed that,” she says. “It was horrible.”

Because Cody and Jakob were young when their father died, Rachel has remained fiercely dedicated to keeping Kristian’s memory alive. “I work very hard to make sure that he’s part of our day, still,” she says.

It’s something Kristian gave thought to as well. Just after he was diagnosed, Kristian started a blog that is now filled with reflections, stories, triumphs and fears. “It was one of his dying wishes that we would get his blog published so that we had something tangible for the children to have growing up,” Rachel says, holding up a book. “I now have this that the boys can sit down and read, and they can find out exactly how Daddy felt at every, single point in his journey.”

As for Rachel, the mother of two has begun a new chapter in her own journey. During an appearance she made on New Zealand television discussing the book, a man named Richard saw her and reached out. The two began communicating and, eventually, dating.

“He turned out to be the most incredible man,” Rachel says. “In January of this year, we got married. He has a daughter that’s in between the ages of my children, so between us, we have a 5-year-old, a 6-year-old and a 7-year-old.”

Cody and Jakob enjoy their stepdad. “The boys think the world of Richard. He’s a big kid, really,” Rachel says. “He’s just fantastic.”

As the children continue to grow and change each day, Rachel believes Kristian is proud and happy to see their lives continue with love and joy. “I honestly do think that Kristian is watching over us,” she says. “I honestly do think he gets these windows into our lives and gets to see what’s happening. [He’s] taking care of us.”

“Oprah: Where Are They Now?” airs Sundays at 9 p.m. ET on OWN.

The Definitive List Of Hollywood’s Most Lovable Husbands

Bad boys had their moment in Hollywood. Now, it’s the sweethearts that reign supreme.

Below are eight great celebrity husbands who have no shortage of adorable things to say about their spouses. Let the swooning commence…now.

Matt Damon

“We have a two week rule. I’m not away for more than two weeks. I think you need to be with the person you love as much as possible. My wife is my soul mate. I don’t like being apart from her.” – Damon on wife Luciana Barroso

John Krasinski

“It was one of those things where I wasn’t really looking for a relationship and I was thinking I’m going to take my time in L.A. Then I met her and I was so nervous. I was like, ‘Oh god, I think I’m going to fall in love with her.’ As I shook her hand I went, ‘I like you.'” – Krasinski on wife Emily Blunt

John Legend

“How many times do I have to tell you/ Even when you’re crying you’re beautiful too/ The world is beating you down, I’m around through every mood/ You’re my downfall, you’re my muse/ My worst distraction, my rhythm and blues/ I can’t stop singing, it’s ringing, in my head for you.” – Lyrics to John Legend’s song “All Of Me”, written about wife Chrissy Teigen

Hugh Jackman

“She was very beautiful. She was unbelievably fun — this energy, this spirit — irrepressible. And she had a confidence in herself. I had a massive crush on her instantly.” – Jackman on when he first met wife Deborra-Lee Furness

Jesse Tyler Ferguson

“The first thing I noticed about Justin was that he has a beautiful smile. I don’t think there was a moment where I was like, ‘There it is. I’m in love.’ It was a very slow progression of things that would drop in like, ‘Oh I love that about that person. I love that about that person.’ And they all sort of accumulate into what our love is now.” – Ferguson on husband Justin Mikita

Aaron Paul

“Let me tell you, my friend, I will be in the honeymoon phase until I leave this planet. Getting married to Lauren was the greatest accomplishment of my life.” – Paul on wife Lauren Parsekian

Jimmy Fallon

“There’ll be nights when you’re sitting on your couch, and you’re with your beautiful wife, who you can’t believe married you, and your beautiful baby, who you feel endlessly grateful you were able to have. And your dog… and you’re watching ‘Real Housewives’ getting into fistfights on TV. And you go, ‘How great is my life?’ I’m so happy right now.” – Fallon on wife Nancy Juvonen

Chris Pratt

“I knew I wanted to marry her pretty soon [after I met her]. It took a while for me to admit it, because it would be crazy to be like, ‘I want to marry you’ the first day I met her. But I could have!” – Pratt on wife Anna Faris
